Shipping Policy

At HOPA, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order so your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
Expedited Shipping: [2–3 business days]
 Express Shipping: [1–2 business days, if offered]
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their destination country.


Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package in transit.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, HOPA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HOPA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at [your email address]. We will do our best to help before the order ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@hoparium.com within 5–7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, please include:
 your order number
 photos of the packaging
 photos of the damaged item(s)
We review these situations case by case and will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Please note that HOPA is not responsible for stolen packages once proof of delivery has been provided by the shipping carrier.


Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
